By accessing or using Inkrune, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. User Conduct
Inkrune is a community for creative expression. You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and may lead to account restriction.
3. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of the original stories and content you post on Inkrune. By posting, you grant Inkrune a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your work on the platform.
4. AI Brainstorming Guidelines
Our AI features are provided as brainstorming partners to assist in your creative process. You are responsible for the final content you publish. While AI can help generate ideas, the "soul" and primary creative direction of your stories should remain human-driven.
5. Progression & Ink Drops
Ink Drops and points are virtual rewards within the Inkrune ecosystem. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify the progression system and reward criteria at any time.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or terms of service. Users with restricted accounts will lose access to social features and content publishing.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Inkrune is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
